Properties: white crystalline powder, melting point is 117.3 ℃, soluble in water, acidic aqueous solution.

Purity 98%min, P2O5: 44%min. P>19%，N>17%，As<0.003%，F<0.1%.

Urea Phosphate (UP) can be used as high concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus compound fertilizer as NPK 17-44-0;
